SHIPPING POLICY
Most U.S. orders are
billed a fixed shipping charge of $6.95 for UPS or U.S.P.S. Insured
Mail. Alternate methods of shipping (1-2 Day Express) and 2-3 Day
Airborne Express can be requested when checking out.
International Customers: We do ship
our products internationally. Pricing depends on weight and destination.

Simply return the item in the original packaging in new condition
(for hygienic reasons, we ask that neck pillows be unopened) for a
refund of the product price less shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
No questions asked! When returning your product, please include a
copy of your invoice and a copy of your credit card receipt to speed
the return process. Products that are damaged, soiled, dirty or smell
like smoke will not be accepted.

GIFT ORDERS
You may have a product
shipped to a friend or family member as a gift. When Checking-out,
please specify Order by Credit Card online (separate billing and shipping
addresses). Be sure to include the name exactly as it appears on the
credit card, the address where the credit card bills are sent and
the phone number of the owner of the credit card.

We Accept checks, credit
